Strict Data Protection Policy

Data We Collect

Account Data: Email, name, authentication credentials

Conversation Data: Messages, AI responses, conversation history

Memory Data: User-taught memories and preferences

Collaborative Data: Podcast scripts, script versions, team comments, collaborator access permissions (only accessible to project collaborators)

Payment Data: Stripe processes payment information for Podcast Studio licenses (we never store card details)

Usage Data: Feature usage, timestamps (for your analytics only)

Security Data: Security logs, threat detections (for your protection)

We DO NOT collect: Browsing history outside the app, device fingerprints, location data, or any data not essential to service functionality.

Data Storage & Encryption

Storage Location: Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted on IONOS UK Cloud infrastructure.

Encryption:

Data encrypted at rest using AES-256
Data encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
Quantum-resistant encryption available for certificates
End-to-end encryption for sensitive communications

Access Control: Only you and authorized Minimax Sustainable AI Ltd personnel (for support) can access your data.

Data Retention

Active Account: Data retained while your account is active.

Account Deletion: All data permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.

Backups: Backup copies deleted within 90 days.

Legal Holds: Data may be retained if required by law or legal proceedings.

You can request immediate data deletion through Privacy Settings at any time.

Collaborative Editing & Team Features

Podcast Studio Collaboration: When you enable team collaboration on podcast projects:

Script versions are stored with edit history and author attribution
Comments and feedback are visible to all project collaborators
Collaborator access is controlled by the project owner
Each version preserves who made changes and when

Data Sharing Control: You control who can access your collaborative projects. Only users you explicitly add as collaborators can view or edit shared content. Collaborators can be removed at any time.

Collaborative data retention: When you delete a project, all associated versions, comments, and collaboration data are permanently deleted for all team members.

Third-Party Integrations

Payment Processing: Stripe (for subscription and Podcast Studio license payments)

Podcast Studio Payments: License fees are split between Minimax Sustainable AI Ltd and Muzzammil Katelia. Stripe processes payments securely; we never store your card details.

AI Services: External AI APIs for conversation processing and podcast generation (data not stored by providers)

Hume AI Voice Synthesis: Podcast audio generation uses Hume AI's voice API (text is sent for processing but not retained by Hume)

⚠️ When you enable integrations (Google Calendar, Slack, etc.), you control what data is shared. Review integration permissions before connecting.

We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide services you explicitly request.
